I'm Kumari Kelly and I teach yoga and provide Thai bodywork in the Central Florida area under the "Ahimsa Yoga" business name. (See www.yesyouyoga.com) My teaching and training includes focus on all aspects of yoga including asanas (postures), breathwork, meditation, study of the masters, self-less service, chanting and adherence to moral principles. My deepest influence is the Sivananda lineage, although I have had other influences outside this spiritual tradition. I'm also a mother, partner and have been a professional journalist (See www.kumarikelly.wordpress.com) for years and understand the stresses of real life doing stuff like commuting and trying to "Google Calendar" my life.
